Due to Covid-19 there may still be some delays in delivery that are outside of our control, however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon possible at info@husnbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns. However if you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and we will look into this for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please place a new order at your convenience. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

Refunds
For damaged or faulty items we will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I use Radiance with my daytime SPF?

Yes, Radiance is lightweight and can be layered under SPF. Apply a light press of the serum, let it absorb for ~30 seconds, then apply your sunscreen. Avoid wiping motions.

Is Radiance safe for acne-prone skin?

The serum uses lightweight, high-linoleic oils (grape seed, safflower) that are typically well-tolerated by acne-prone skin, but we advise patch testing and starting with 1–2 drops. If you’re actively on acne medication, consult your dermatologist.

Is this product fragrance-free?

No, Radiance contains natural essential oil extracts for scent and skin benefits (ylang ylang, lavender, clary sage, frankincense). If you have high fragrance sensitivity, please patch test or choose fragrance-free options.
