Discover a ritual that polishes, soothes and replenishes. Our Cleansing Grains- Coconut, Hibiscus + Grape combine finely milled rice and coconut powders with a gentle surfactant to create a creamy, airy foam that buffs away dull surface cells without scratching. Hibiscus brings natural fruit acids for gentle enzymatic turnover, while oat flour calms, binds moisture and supports the skin’s barrier after exfoliation. Grape skin extract delivers plant polyphenols to protect the fresh skin underneath.

Use as a fortnightly reset for combination or dry skin, or 2–3× weekly when your skin needs a glow. The powder format keeps actives stable and lets you control the texture — from a light polish to a more intensive mask-style paste. Gentle enough for regular use when skin is adjusted, and effective enough that you’ll see smoother, more luminous skin after a few washes.

How to use

Tap out a small amount of the Grains in your palms,
and add a few drops of water. Mix into a paste
until foaming then gently massage onto wet face
in a circukar motion. Rinse then pat dry.

All UK orders are processed within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to Covid-19 there may still be some delays in delivery that are outside of our control, however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns. However if you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and we will look into this for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please place a new order at your convenience. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 


Refunds
For damaged or faulty items we will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FAQ

Is this safe for sensitive skin?

Many sensitive skin types benefit from the oats and the gentle grain texture, but because the formula contains hibiscus (a natural AHA) and ylang-ylang oil, we recommend a patch test and starting at once weekly to assess tolerance.


Can I use this if I’m using retinol or prescription acids?

Pair cautiously. If you use retinoids or strong chemical exfoliants, reduce physical/acid exfoliation frequency (e.g., alternate nights). When in doubt, consult your dermatologist.


How is this different from the oily/acne cleansing grains?

This Coconut, Hibiscus + Grape version is richer and more moisturising (oat + coconut). The oily/acne version uses clarifying botanicals and a more absorbent base for oil control.
