All UK orders are processed within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to Covid-19 there may still be some delays in delivery that are outside of our control, however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns. However if you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and we will look into this for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please place a new order at your convenience. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
For damaged or faulty items we will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
