As i’m navigating through my 30s, there’s a lot i’ve learnt and continue to learn about my skin. It’s one thing to know in theory, but having the physical experience is definitely an eye opener.
Here’s my take on it. During your 30s, your hormone levels change. The amount of collagen in your body lowers and your cell turnover becomes slower. So its very important to keep an eye out for these changes, and to adapt your routine better to fit your skin needs.
